Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client’s products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, procedures, and systems to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence. Your duties will include conducting quality audits, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to assess product and service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to track performance trends, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Participate in the development and review of product specifications, quality standards, and testing protocols to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance quality awareness and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and best practices in quality assurance and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQM) is a plus.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software (e.g., statistical analysis, quality management software).
